The Fourth Plenary Meeting of CERtuS project was held in Greece, Athens on 5 – 6 November 2015 at ETVA VIPE premises and was organized by the Greek partners. All the partners did participate with very active discussions and presentations of the activities that have been developed during the last six months. Also the activities need to be completed during the next six month discussed, focusing mainly on the preparation of the training materials and the implementation of training courses that will take place in the four CERtuS Municipalities. A technical visit to two of the case studies in Athens (the City Hall and the Environmental Services Offices) took place on the second day.
