INNOVATIONS AND CLIENT’S ADVANTAGES |
─ In comparison with the conventional EPC, in “EPC light” there is usually no need for large investments; ─ The energy is saved by maintaining a certain level of consumption. Since there is no need to refinance the investment, the contract period is only for two or three years; ─ The client may use a portion of the savings to fund additional educational trainings on energy conservation; ─ “EPC light” is a first step in the external energy management. |
