The Greek team of CERtuS, Municipality of Alimos, ETVA VIPE and EUDITI-Energy & Environmental Design Ltd, is organizing a workshop on the “Financing schemes for nearly zero energy renovation of existing public buildings” to be held in Athens on 8 December 2016.
The topics to be discussed include the nZEB renovation options and the financing schemes that were examined in CERtuS, focusing on the Greek case studies. Also selected local and international success stories will be presented.
Moreover, the most suitable types of EPC contracts that were examined in the CERtuS case studies will be discussed emphasising on the difficulties that are usually encountered in such contracts by both contracting parties i.e. municipalities and ESCOs.
The workshop will be held at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 7, Academias str., Athens; Opening at 8:30 a.m.
